Do not compete with anything, let go, relax, and be.
Let go of all the pressures. Awareness is the key.
Awareness in the moment, always there to choose;
Contentment in the moment, where one can never lose.
All pressures are the anchors that hold a spirit down;
Peace within the moment, where freedom can be found.
Freedom from the ‘wants’ and ‘shoulds’ we suffer for each day;
Freedom from the conflict, when things don’t go our way.
