When movement is away, when a tie weakens and breaks;
Something lost, something found… as gratitude awakes.
A new appreciation for the ties steadfast and strong;
A new appreciation for the ties that still belong.
Ties that now run deeper, ties that now are more;
Ties that now are closer than how they were before.
Ties no longer true are abandoned and set free.
An empty space leaves room, for a soul to grow and see.
A new appreciation for the ties steadfast and strong;
