A Birthday Wish

Let this birthday be unique, different from previous years.
Wish not to acquire. Wish, instead, to release your fears.
All the fears that hold you back, the subconscious and the known;
Fears that have gathered along the way, that have also aged and grown.
All the fears that hold you back, that in time you have come to resent;
Fears that have gathered along the way and denied your heart’s content.
Celebrate this birthday with new perspective and with new cheer.
When you blow out your candles, wish your fears to disappear.
Happy Birthday. Let them go. May your fears soon all be gone.
May the process start with wishing, and may it not take very long.
