Mother Earth (Love)

 Bathe in the warmth of the sun.  See the clouds form their art in the sky.

            Ground and heal in Mother Earth.  Feel the breeze as it passes by.

Walk barefoot in the grass.  Sit under a tree in its shade.

            Ground and heal in Mother Earth.  Let fear and anxiety fade.

Commune with Love’s creations.  Watch in wonder and behold

            As contentment, inner peace, and higher vibrations all take hold.

Find your center in the ocean.  Find your center in the stream.

            Ground and heal in Mother Earth.  Relax in the “now” and dream.

Notice the night and the moon.  Look up at the stars and gaze.

            Ground and heal in Mother Earth.  Speak your gratitude and your praise. 

Commune with Love’s creations.  Watch in wonder and behold

            As contentment, inner peace, and higher vibrations all take hold.
